1. Health History, Goal Assessment, and Functional Movement Assessment – If you don't where you how will you ever be able to make and effective plan to get where you want to go?

2. Program Design – We gather all the information from step 1 to develop a program to meet your individual needs!  No workout of the day, no cookie cutter programs only YOUR custom designed program.

3. Implementation – Fitness Quest Trainers are not just rep counters!  The implementation phases requires the proper form and use of tempo, loading and rest periods!
